MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION Performing plumbing work such as routing, placement, slant, slope, fall and level; Performing general maintenance and repairs on water closets, tubs, distribution and collection systems and electrical water heaters; Mixing, pouring, spreading and leveling of cement and concrete surfaces and structures; and Repairing, removing, and installing roofing. NOTE:
