LEAD ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Leading others in performing technical engineering assignments, construction quality management, quality assurance planning, quality control, project partnering, environmental requirements, cost estimating, and construction safety practices; 2) Developing solutions and alternatives to construction engineering and operational problems involving buildings, pavements, and/or utility systems; and 3) Reading and interpreting engineering and architectural plans and specifications to ensure proper completion and quality of services provided. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
