Job Description:
Seasoned desktop / Service Desk technician with VERY strong customer service and communication skills.
This position will be involved in the following activities Primary purpose will be Service Desk support in a primary Windows 7 and Office 2013 environment.
We have a mix of virtual desktops (85%) and physical desktops (15%), working in a Windows network environment.
We support all operational aspects of end user technology (including applications), as well as several infrastructure components.
Desktop imaging and deployment:
end to end, including working directly with end-users to migrate settings, install custom applications and ensure desktop is fully functional.
Replacement of approximately 200 end-of-life VoIP phones, including initial phone configuration, installation, testing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
