36949 Not able to use 3rd Party Agencies Manufacturing Trainer Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer in Totem Lake, WA.
The Trainer will enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alignment with the company's core values.
This position is responsible for performing training needs assessments, developing, implementing, and delivering training programs that improve organizational quality, safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
The Trainer collaborates cross functionally to prioritize training objectives and then develops training and implements solutions to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Trainer Conducts organization-wide training needs assessment and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed; translates requirements into trainings.
Builds annual training program and trains employees on a variety of subjects, policies and procedures.
Coordinates training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the facility.
Works with a variety of subject matter experts to create and deliver performance focused training for our employees that can be repeated and tracked.
Selects the best training methods or activities for a particular purpose and audience.
Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, process and procedure training, compliance training, refresher training, etc.
Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instructional methods, lectures, demonstrations, meetings, workshops, etc.
Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, etc.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training and/or tests trainees to measure progress, and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Works with Quality Manager to develop and monitor spending against the budget.
Works effectively as a team member with managers and employees.
Becomes in-house expert with all company policies, SOP's and regulations.
Evaluates data and organizational needs to identify learning and development issues.
Develops and maintains continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions for in-house experts and/or other trainers.
Makes suggestions on improving work procedures.
Maintains updated curriculum database and training records.
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications of the Manufacturing Trainer A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Training & Development or related field.
3 5 years of experience designing and implementing training materials/curriculum.
Proven work experience as a Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role.
Training experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
Ability to lead projects and motivate/develop employees.
Working knowledge of a variety of training methods, including on-the-job training, coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning.
Familiarity with instructor, equipment and educational material requirements.
Knowledgeable, approachable, and confident in front of all groups of people.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be flexible, able and willing to modify activities and direction with an ever-changing business environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, teaming skills and work ethic.
Possess a professional attitude and promote the same in others.
Creative thinking and ability to handle details.
Readily assume responsibility and to take direction.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
