Select heavily staffs the warehouse portion of this facility but this is an office role that requires a lot of communication between Select and New Breed.
starting pay is $12.50/hr
day shift 7am-4pm MON-FRI

General Description of
Responsibilities:
Provides efficient administrative support to Human Resources and Operations Management.
Supports administration of site training database. Provides professional reception duties.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the first point of contact and provide customer support to visitors and telephone
callers; deal with inquiries courteously and efficiently in accordance with the company
policies; redirect calls accurately and in professional manner
Administer training database; prepare all documents and training records prior to training;
review training requests by departments; manage and archive training records
Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Operations, and others as directed in
the areas of document creation/maintenance, data maintenance, meeting organization, etc.
Administer time and attendance system and submit information to agencies for temporary
workforce
Assist with the collection, opening, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and
deliveries
Process office supply orders and maintain accurate inventory controls
Maintain an efficient and effective reception area, ensuring that adequate supplies of
application forms and literature are available and that the reception area provides a
welcoming and attractive environment for visitors
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with
hands and arms, at times above head; and talk and hear
The employee is required to sit, stand, walk, climb and stoop, kneel, crouch, twist
May sit for long periods of time utilizing a computer
The employee may lift up to 30 pounds
Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required:
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate leadership by behaving as a professional example to co-workers/peers.
Ability to communicate information and requirements in a clear and accurate fashion
Demonstrated organizational skills
Must be an independent worker with strong attention to detail and good computer skills;
experience with MS Word, Excel, and Access
High school diploma or equivalent, plus three years experience in an office administrative
Environment
