Install configure & support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) & Internet system or a segment of a network system. Education/
Experience: Responsible for High Speed Internet customer resolution by processing incoming repair tickets, verifying information/equipment& monitoring trouble report status through computer based, menu-driven systems. Analyze & trouble shoot by testing High Speed Internet network facilities utilizing a variety of menu & non-menu-driven systems to isolate & restore service or dispatch for physical issues to be resolved. Must be self-motivated work independently & provide a courteous, helpful, professional service to all internal & external customers via phone calls, iHelps, Emails, Chats & tickets (not all inclusive) via written & verbal communications. Confers & coordinates with customers & internal departments. Provides technical assistance to customers, Field Forces, Escalation Teams, Technical Supervisors, General Managers & VP?s. Document every action taken in appropriate systems & on appropriate tickets. Work independently; take pride & ownership while exhibiting a willingness to learn. Makes decisions based on problem solving, technical knowledge & capabilities of systems. Follows Company policies, procedures & all appropriate laws. May be req?d to perform additional duties & tasks as req?d by the Company. Be willing to interpret process & go outside the box to get service working for the customer. Promoting & selling any Frontier product when the opportunity arises. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, orally & in writing, as well as all levels of the internal organization & outside vendors in a highly professional manner. Basic math & typing skills, Ability to multitask using a keyboard/mouse while reading & holding a phone conversation. Demonstrated effective knowledge of electronic & digital theory/principle. Fundamental knowledge of the OSI model. Working knowledge of special service equipment/network connections. trouble tickets & circuit diagrams, Network & CPE Equipment (Network Routers& modems), Fiber Systems, Routers& copper network. Understanding basic digital communication applications. Fundamental knowledge of job related facility/equipment/plant/tools/ products/services/symbols/records & applicable techniques/applications. Must be available to work anytime during center hours of operation. May be req?d to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays& overtime as the needs of the business necessitate. Demonstrated effective knowledge of trouble-shooting. Demonstrated effective problem solving skills. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, sitting for long periods of time in an office environment, view dual-monitors & utilize a headset. Working knowledge of one or more particular user-friendly menu-driven& non-menu driven software programs applicable to the job. Ability to perform more than one function at a time while communicating with customers. Minimum 2
years of experience in data environment. Must be able to work in a team environment Must possess good communication skills including tact & courtesy while under pressure or in sensitive situations when talking with customers. Working knowledge of 7 Layer OSI Model. Applicant must have extensive knowledge of & practical experience in the use of ATM, Frame Relay, DSL technologies& their related network designs Working knowledge of advanced DSL troubleshooting techniques including Bit Rate Calculations, Noise Margins, Error Corrections. Strong PC & IP troubleshooting skills & knowledge of IP protocol with ability to program troubleshoot &/or perform system diagnostics on complex communication systems. Bachelor degree in data processing or related field req?d. 2-4 years experience req?d. Select NO to Is Taxable. Start dates: two positions filled on 7/7/14 & three positions filled on 8/11/14. 1. Applicant must have extensive knowledge of and practical experience in the use of ATM, Frame Relay, DSL technologies, and their related network topologies ? including working knowledge of advanced DSL troubleshooting techniques including Bit Rate Calculations, Noise Margins, Error Corrections and working knowledge of layer 1 and 2 of OSI Model.
2. Strong PC and IP troubleshooting skills and knowledge of IP protocol with ability to program troubleshoot and/or perform system diagnostics on complex communication systems.
3. Effective verbal and written communications, including good customer service skills utilizing tact and courtesy while under pressure or in sensitive situations, while working in a team environment, and multitasking.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
