summary
The Change Management Engineer will administer video service impacting change management processes to ensure effective communication, coordination, and de-confliction among network activities. The Change Management Engineer will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize
employee
adoption and usage and minimize resistance. While the Change Management Engineer does not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeed. The Change Management Engineer will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Responsibilities
? Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
? Assess the change impact
? Complete change management assessments
? Create change management strategy
? Consult and
coach
project teams
? Create actionable deliverables: communications plan, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
? Support communication and training efforts
? Support and engage senior leaders
? Coach managers and supervisors
? Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
? Coordinate efforts with other specialists
? Evaluate and ensure user readiness
? Manage stakeholders
? Track and report issues
? Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Support change management at the organizational level

? Required Skills and Experience:
o Solid understanding of acquisition, encapsulation, and distribution of video
services
o Effective project management skills and/or experience successfully prioritizing work maintenance
o High level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills
o Ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization
o A strong attention to detail
Minimum requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience in engineering change management related activities. Associates degree in engineering or
computer
science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
