Our team is seeking a Urologist to join our Founders Building located at 3901 Hoyt Ave. Everett, WA 98201 or at our Arlington clinic located at 4011 172nd St NE. Arlington, WA 98223

30min New Visits / 15min Follow-Up templating

All outpatient; general Urology
Types of procedures include nephrectomy, urinary diversions, endourology
Cannot dedicate towards specific fellowship/sub-specialty
Primary
Responsibilities:
Treating and managing patients according to standard, usual, and customary methods, and techniques.
Provides understanding of diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and management of patients according to current standards of care utilizing best practice recommendations.
Counsels and educates patients and families.
Maintains accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Communicates effectively and respectfully with physicians, other health professionals, and staff.
Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team members.
Follows ethical principles regarding patient confidentiality, informed consent, and unanticipated adverse outcomes.
Demonstrates the highest level of accountability for professional practice.
Maintains effectiveness throughout changing circumstances. Is flexible, resilient, and change oriented.
Participates in organizational and departmental meetings, educational opportunities, committees, and workgroups as necessary.

A degree in medicine from an accredited school
Completion Urology Residency
Board Eligible or Certified
Unrestricted license to practice in Washington State or ability to obtain before hire
Maintain BLS certification

The salary/hourly range for Washington residents is $429,056 to $641,310. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
