Volunteer Coordinator - Hospice

This position is responsible supervising volunteers who provide support in various Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County programs.
Volunteer supervision includes recruitment, screening, orientation and training, assignment of duties and ongoing supervision, individual and group support, retention, and recognition.
The Volunteer Services Coordinator is a member of the hospice team and serves as a consultant to other team members regarding volunteer issues; additionally this position is responsible tracking Volunteer data and other administrative duties that support the Volunteer Services Program.

Required Qualifications Associate's Degree:
Preferably in health care related field or social services.
Two years:
Experience working with health care or social service organization.
Significant volunteer experience with a leadership role will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree:
Preferably in health care related field or social services.
Experience coordinating volunteer program.
Experience working with databases/database management.
