Experience:
o 22 months of role experience is required.
o Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Additional Details:
Weekends required Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals nearby All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.
Block schedule:
No; case-by-case possibly considered during contract but depends on core staff.
RTO:
Aya Offer:
5 Days.
Anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client.
To minimize turn around, please limit total RTO requests.
Scrub Color:
Any (no reddish orange permitted) BLS must be AHA.
Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable.
Maximum days off:
5 days 1 reference from last 12 months (Nurse Manager reference type)1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type) Proof of identification required Certifications:
