Seeking an energetic and enthusiastic, outgoing professional to work the front office of a busy biomedical research facility.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Cross departmental administrative support Appointment scheduling Donor recruiting via email, text, mail and phone calls.
Donor Screening Data entry 50 WPM Knowledge of Microsoft products:
Word, Excel, Publisher Answering multi-line phone, greeting donors, scheduling appointments Filing Distribution of mail Ordering supplies Photocopying, faxing Any other duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office and plasmapheresis center Phlebotomy skills are a plus! EQUIPMENT:
Telephone, computer, photocopy machine, fax machine, calculator.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED; Associate degree; two or more years' work experience preferred.
Previous experience working in the medical industry a plus.
Medical Assistant (MA) is encouraged to apply.
Must be proficient in Microsoft software programs, have excellent computer skills and customer service.
