POSITION
Summary:
MUST WORK WEEKENDS Rental Agents handle RV rental contract transactions, vehicle demonstrations, incoming calls from the general public, assists walk-ins, and performs office and clerical duties.
Primary responsibilities are to provide world-class customer service, aggressively pursue reservation bookings, and cross-sell appropriate add-ons to optimize the traveler's vacation experience.
Research rental rates and locations and sell travel packages that best suit the customer.
Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who have at least one of the following competencies:
Car rental/ and or front desk experience.
Travel industry training/experience.
Customer service experience.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a true commitment to drive sales, provide excellent customer service and be a hardworking team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Must have superior people development and communication skills.
Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.

Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen prior to hire.
