Responsibilities:
Integration focal for upstream and downstream teams in support of complex programs.
Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards.
Oversight, and management responsibility (including inputs to performance mgmt.
& reporting) for a portfolio of small to medium size projects in support of organizational goals and objectives.
Identifies key customer project specific objectives and requirements.
Ensures assigned individuals are completing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.
Lead development and execution of schedule, scope, quality, risk, budget, resource and communication plans, including status to leadership and business partners.
Identify risks and impacts and coordinate with the business to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments.
Guide projects from intake, planning, and funding through implementation, validation, and business acceptance.
Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.
Find opportunities for automation, technology optimization, innovation, and business simplification; implement standards and best practices to create business value.
Provides input of team member performance to management, where appropriate Apply critical thinking and problem solving to evaluate usefulness of current solutions and provide recommendations.
Effective organization, teamwork, and collaboration skills to work productively in a cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with executive leadership, enterprise workforce, and internal/external customers or partners.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 8
years of experience with agile software development and software development project management 5
years of experience leading multiple software development teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains.
5
years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership.
5
years of related software development experience, preferably in large scale development programs 5
years of leading geographically diverse teams/working with an offshore supplier.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership.

years of experience in project management or program management Experience in a role that requires strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience on SCRUM and Agile methods using any tools like JIRA etc.
Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Analytical Automation Communication Critical Thinking Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
