We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Aircraft Lavatory Integrated Project Team.
The individual will be responsible for the engineering details of new product development and/or sustaining activities.
Responsibilities:
o Creation of top-level lavatory assembly models in NXo Creation of new detailed components and subassemblieso Creation of new design options for customer requirementso Support manufacturing operations with technical expertise o Troubleshooting issues related to field data, manufacturing pickups, and engineering errorso Document and communicate design solutions with technical drawingso Publish parts lists in Teamcentero Peer review of models ensuring customer requirements are meto Ensure new designs meet cost, weight, and performance targetsEducation Qualification:
o Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similarRequired Skills:
o At least 3
years of experience in a similar roleo Solid experience with NX (formerly Unigraphics) and Teamcentero Ability to work in a team environmento Ability to troubleshoot design issueso Excellent communication and organizational skills There is available for relocation.
