About you:
As the General Manager of Everett Golf and Country Club, you will serve as the chief operating officer, overseeing all aspects of club operations and maintaining essential relationships with the Board of Directors, members, guests, employees, community, government, and industry.
Your primary responsibilities include coordinating and implementing the club's policies, developing operating procedures, and directing department managers.
You will ensure the club's financial health, uphold the highest standards for member and guest satisfaction, and safeguard the club's assets and facilities.

Board and Governance:
Implement policies set by the Board, ensuring their effective execution.
You'll also coordinate long-term and annual planning, liaise between management and the Board, and provide insightful reports and materials for their reference.
Additionally, you'll stay ahead of industry trends, helping the club evolve to meet the needs and desires of its members.
Operations:
Be the architect of the club's operational strategies.
You'll develop, monitor, evaluate, and administer the organizational plan, making improvements where necessary.
This is your canvas to create, maintain, and adjust policies and procedures that drive the club's seamless functioning.
Member Relations:
As the ambassador of the club, you'll welcome new members, provide them with a delightful orientation to the club, and play an instrumental role in marketing and member relations programs.
Through the coordination of private functions and social gatherings and the initiation of popular member events, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, conjuring enchanting experiences.
Finance:
Ensuring the club's financial health is one of your top priorities.
You'll prepare annual budgets, work closely with the Finance Committee to present recommendations to the Board, and monitor the club's compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
Your adept financial management will guarantee the club's prosperity.
Education:
You'll lead by example, fostering a culture of learning and development for your team.
This includes ensuring educational opportunities for your staff and managing educational programs within approved budgets.
Community Relations:
Beyond the club's walls, you'll participate in community activities that enhance the club's prestige and connect it with the community.
Your involvement with local, state, and national organizations will not only uphold the club's reputation but also contribute to its growth and impact.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role.
Business and financial acumen.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Legal:
The individual selected for the role of General Manager will be employed by Everett Golf & Country Club, and will have no affiliation with Columbia Hospitality, who is serving as a third-party agent leading the search through Columbia Executive Search.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
