All our programs are focused on supporting the independence of older adults and people with chronic illnesses and disabilities who wish to continue living in their community.
Adult Day Health is in person 5 days a week Monday-Friday.
Staff are required to be in the office during program hours, and we plan to continue to offer flexible work arrangements to the extent that we are able.

Relays information by answering and forwarding phone calls; routing correspondence and mail; taking messages; tracking and sending outgoing mail Welcomes and assists clients and visitors by answering questions; referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members; providing other assistance as requested Enters daily client attendance into excel program for billing purposes Maintains information (paper and electronic) by organizing filing and retrieval systems; inputting and processing database information; preparing reports and updates Maintains office supplies inventory and orders supplies as needed Establishes a compassionate and respectful environment by practicing good communication skills; keeping client information confidential; conducting self in a professional manner.
Maintains a safe and healthy environmentby adhering to infection control protocols; addressing potential safety and health hazards; following emergency policy and procedures; and fulfilling education and certification requirements.
Assists the agency's fundraising efforts by maintaining the donor database, coordinating mailings, and sending thank you cards Coordinates transportation for clients by:
Scheduling and confirming rides to and from the day center on attendance days Scheduling special transportation (i.
e.
medical appointments, field trips) Purchasing and distributing monthly bus passes Fielding all questions and complaints concerning transportation Keeping an organized record of all ride requests and scheduled rides Educational Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the Job:
One or more years of related experience.
Working knowledge of PCs including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications Physical Requirements Needed to Perform the Duties of the Job:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
