Job Duties:
Answer inbound customer calls and emails with accuracy and efficiency Data entry of customer orders using computerized order entry system Receive customer payments via credit card or check by completing cash deposits and adding customers purchases to the credit card or check accounts associated with the account(s) used for billing.
Perform routine maintenance on customer accounts, including but not limited to checking account changes, making deposits into the customer accounts associated with the account(s) used for billing, verifying billing information, and performing other data entry duties as needed.
