You will initiate, develop, and facilitate group treatment programs to address the needs of families, such as marital groups, and child and adolescent groups.
You will provide safety planning, case management, treatment, and education services related to child abuse and spouse abuse.
You will educate and provide case specific consultation t military and civilian agencies about counseling services, FAP, risk assessment, clinical issues, treatment, and CRC processes.

QualificationsIn addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Identifying personal and social problems to independently reach accurate conclusions and to provide appropriate solutions; 2) Clinically responding to the needs of clients including assessing suicidal/homicidal situations, substance abuse, and domestic violence; and 3) Documenting psycho-social assessments, treatment plans, and case review committee reports.
OR have a Ph.
D.
or equivalent doctoral degree in a field that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the work of this position; OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the work of this position; OR have a combination of experience and education as described above which, when combined, is equivalent to 100% of the qualification requirement.
Tier Two Clinical Care Provider:
This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates.

(1) State or U.

territory license or certification that provides legal authority to provide clinical services as an independent practitioner.
(2) When the state or U.

territory licensing or certification requirements include a written examination, candidates for privileging must have achieved a passing score on that examination.
AND (3) Possess at least a Master's degree in one of following clinical fields:
(a) Marriage and Family Therapy from a program accredited by Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) or an equivalent degree.
(b) Social Work from an accredited school or an equivalent degree.
(c) Psychology from a doctoral program approved by American Psychological Association (APA) or an equivalent degree.
AND (4) Must have engaged in 2 years, that includes at least 2,000 hours, full-time, post-masters supervised clinical experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
