Description:
Fluke is currently seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager to support its portfolio of premium calibration products.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role acts as the conduit between the product management team and the marketing and sales teams.
The Global Product Marketing Manager is responsible for uncovering customer and competitive insights that drive marketing action and delivering findings cross-functionally, partnering with product managers to develop product roadmaps and customer buying journeys, creating the strategic marketing plans for new product introductions (NPIs), developing compelling core product messaging for the portfolio of products, coordinating with commercial strategy partners to determine marketing priorities across regions (EMEA, APAC, and the Americas), collaborating with commercial marketing partners to develop assets and execute against campaigns, and generally acting as the product line and customer expert within marketing.
This position is based at Fluke Headquarters in Everett, WA.
Responsibilities:
Establish and own the go-to-market strategy for new product introductions (NPIs) globally, including initial budget recommendation.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including, product management, digital marketing, content marketing, commercial strategy and sales, and regional demand generation teams on a global basis to support and execute the go-to-market plans (digital marketing tactics, channel programs/promotions, partnerships, sales, events, PR activities, etc.
).
Build product positioning, naming, value propositions, and core messaging that align with strategy, resonate with customers, tell a story, and effectively differentiate Fluke in the market.
Create detailed marketing plans and work in concert with the central brand and marketing scrum team to plan, schedule and deliver campaigns.
Ensure all translated assets are delivered to respective partners across regions on time.
Partner with product management to conduct market and customer research to capture data and insights about customer needs and the purchase decision making process.
Create global marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, battle cards, datasheets, sales decks/materials, web copy, and more) that clearly articulates the value of Fluke products.
Become an expert in Fluke Calibration products and evangelize the aspects that allow us to win against the competition.
Collaborate with the product management team in execution of strategy and realization of product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation.
Communicate with finance and product management to maintain the overall NPI budget globally, providing inputs to support forecasting of expenses and tracking of actuals.
Use digital dashboards and daily management to track KPIs and make key decisions based on data.
Collaborate with other Product Marketing Managers to support selling the full portfolio of products through campaigns and target verticals.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated product marketing abilities that propel adoption and market momentum; a track record of bringing innovative tech products to market and history of involvement with product launch planning and tactical execution.
Genuine passion for understanding customers and what drives them to make purchase decisions.
Ability to keep up with the pulse of industry trends to discover obstacles and new opportunities that could impact our business.
Ability to scope, manage and continuously reprioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously - strong time and workload management skills, setting clear expectations with leaders and partners.
Experience using PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other data visualization tools to tell data-driven stories.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment at a global scale with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy along with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; prior experience in product concept testing, message A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Robust experimentation mindset, not afraid to fail fast and learn fast.
Critical thinker with strong writing, storytelling, presentation development and delivery skills.
Experience writing copy with SEO and social media in mind.
Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills - ability to work with multiple information systems, organize and retrieve data from these systems.
Technically capable with a desire to both build and improve processes.
Flexibility in working with different time zones.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.

years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Broad understanding of various marketing strategies and campaign tactics Ability to interpret data and create data-driven campaign strategies and optimization recommendations Excellent communicator (verbal and written), who can engage and influence Background in launching both hardware and software products Preferred

years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization MBA or Master's degree in marketing or product management field Background in customer research - both quantitative and qualitative Experience working in agile marketing or agile program management/product development Experience in a global marketing role - working with regional partners in Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), Asia/Pacific (APAC), and the Americas Technical content writing experience Recommended Skills A/B Testing Agile Methodology Analytical Attention To Detail Calibration Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
