Who are we? A team who genuinely cares about others Passionate about our work Playful and fun What do we do? Provide in-home care services in Snohomish County Why do we do it? We believe everyone should experience dignity and respect How does a client services manager contribute? This position will be responsible for overseeing our services provided throughout Snohomish County.
This role will primarily work out of our Everett office; however, occasional travel may be required.
Key responsibilities include:
Promoting our culture and core values Getting excited about the opportunity to serve our seniors Leaning into conflict and challenges Communicating and cascading agency goals and expectations Working smart to analyze reports, documentation, and surveys to be able to develop strategies to improve and exceed goals Understanding, cascading, and holding everyone accountable to a philosophy of how to accomplish our goals of service, rather than policies and procedures Becoming well versed with Department of Health and Washington Administrative Code compliance requirements Maintaining a huge capacity for a constant, fast paced environment, juggling multiple priorities without losing focus on the big picture Starting work early and/or staying late to be prepared and proactive Supporting after-hours as needed Required
Qualifications:
Possess 3
years of successful supervisory and management experience Able to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills Able to demonstrate an ability to learn computer systems, processes and technology Able to demonstrate a grasp on basic HR practices as they pertain to managing and team building Possess a valid driver's license and insurance Able to complete State and Federal background check requirements Instructions:
