Primary ResponsibilitieIn the role of Senior Real Estate Services Agent, we'll count on you to:
oProvide support during project pre-negotiation due diligence.
oConduct complex negotiations for the acquisition of rights and relocation of displaces relative to public or private projects.
oCoordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients as assigned.
oBe responsible for schedule and budget.
oBe proficient in implementing applicable federal, state and industry laws and regulations such as FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, FERC, NEPA and the Uniform Act, as well as the client's policies and procedureoIn conjunction with others, perform activities to support Real Property projects, such as property assessments, risk analysis, acquisition of needed rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination, and utility relocation/coordination.
oPrioritize work and perform activities at a high level.
oWork independently or closely with a team, confidently with clients, property owners, and occupants, and be flexible for travel, as required.
oCommunicate and document effectively.
oWork flexible hours and coordinate closely with management.
oTravel as needed.
oPerform other duties as needed#LI-JM8QualificationsRequired Qualifications Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law 5
years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management Ability to understand and work in compliance with the Uniform Act, federal and state laws, and regulations specific to the real estate and right-of-way industry Proficiency with standard technology tools such as Microsoft Office and Project Strong communication skills, a basic understanding of negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work flexible hours and effectively with people of all types An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Preferred Qualification Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

The expected compensation range for this position is $59,203 - $131,589 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
