Lumber is manufactured in the sawmill and comes out on moving sets of chains.
The lumber is pulled off the chain and stacked in the proper pile by dimensions.
Employees are outside in all weather (roof overhead), standing and stacking lumber.
We do make accommodations for extreme heat and air quality.
Opportunity for advancement for a quick learner with good attendance.
Attendance bonus of $1 an hour ($18.
50) is available each pay period after completion of 30 days working.
Potential to be at $ 19.
50 an hour with the attendance bonus and work performance review after 90 days.
